At Katia Perez Design, we offer the complete interior design service. This encompasses concept creation, space planning and design development, procurement, installation and full project management.
Our very first step when starting a project is to take a detailed client brief, considering our clients’ needs, budgets and timescales. From here we produce concepts to define the use of spaces and establish a clear direction for the design. We will then present interior design concepts to the client for review and approval.
Building on the initial concept presentation, we develop the designs further to realise the vision for our clients’ perfect homes. During this stage we will present the complete technical drawings and mood boards, to help convey the overall look and feel of each scheme.
With client approval, we then progress to the design development phase; liaising with other trades to implement the interior decoration. At this stage we will present itemised costs, issue scale drawings and any required specifications to effectively implement the design schemes.
