An imposing detached residence built in a modern “Tudor" style over three floors, with a detached gym, outdoor pool and spa. Situated in a prestigious gated community in Ware, this family home was extended and completely renovated.

KPD was engaged at the project's inception, collaborating closely with the architect and consultants to craft an optimal spatial plan, meticulously developing every detail of the design concept.

The turn-key service involved the creation of custom built-in furniture, bathroom designs and the transformation of every room in the house. This included a cinema room and the selection of all finishes, furniture, and soft furnishings.

The client had a well-defined vision for the interior aesthetics, and we worked in close partnership with Humphrey Munson to ensure that their design was seamlessly integrated into this contemporary renovation.
