Will I get a full design presentation?
No, the designer for a day service is a one-day workshop focused on assessing your requirements and initial concepts and providing budget and style-based recommendations. There won't be subsequent information or research conducted following the session.

How do I know if this service is for me?

It's important to note that we are not an architectural interior design studio. While we may suggest modifications such as opening a wall, you will need to engage a surveyor and architect to verify the proposed work and create the plans.

Can you help me buying furniture and furnishings?
Yes at KPD we offer the convenience of procuring any furniture piece. We can also organise re-upholstery and window dressings for example, through Katia Perez Design trusted trades.
How much will this service cost?
The cost varies depending on the location of the property and what you’d like to achieve from your day with the designer. The 7-hour consultation can take place at the KPD studio in Welwyn or at your property, or a combination of both. Katia can also accompany you to shops and showrooms.
